Chris Roe
CHRIS ROE (ACTOR + PRODUCER) is a multidisciplinary artist, and has worked professionally across the globe as an actor, director, producer, and educator. He is the founding producing director of NYC-based Sexy Dirt Productions, and for over two years has produced and performed in the international tour of the award-winning one man show Whales & Souls by Andrew Kramer, with performances in NYC, Prague, Chicago, New Orleans, and Alabama. As an actor, he can be seen in the visually lavish indie film BRAID, which premiered at the TriBeCa Film Festival, and in JC Penney's short Return to the Doghouse. He has performed Shakespeare at Cherry Lane Theatre, The Alabama Shakespeare Festival, The State Theatre in New Jersey, and The Shakespeare Project of Chicago. Directing credits: Harvey Fierstein's On Tidy Endings, Blue Window, Macbeth, and The Dog(run) Diaries and Whales & Souls, both written by Andrew Kramer.
